The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean with comfortable beds. The restaurant wasn't open and the breakfast was disappointing, so be prepared for limited options.

The location is convenient for the airport and nearby attractions. The room was outdated, and the bathroom could use maintenance. No breakfast was available during my stay, which was disappointing.

During my stay, I was thrilled to discover that just a short walk away, I could enjoy the shopping experience at WestShore Plaza, which is less than a 10-minute stroll, and there are multiple dining options like Tony's Restaurant and Olive Garden only a few steps from the hotel, making it super convenient for my weekend strolls; plus, the hotel offers a comfortable atmosphere with clean rooms and the staff were pleasant and helpful, but there's definitely some room for improvement with the breakfast choices provided.

The heater in my room didn’t work, and I ended up freezing all night. When I finally got moved, I found no microwave, so I had to throw away my food. Super disappointing!

The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The room was spacious and the shuttle service to the airport was reliable.
It wasn’t cheap, but it’s still reasonable for the convenience.

The staff are super friendly and genuinely know the area. Parking is a breeze and the location puts you close to everything you need.
The property feels like it's stuck in a time warp.

Check-in was friendly, but that was the highlight. The room felt neglected—dirty floors and a broken shower made it hard to feel comfortable. An issue with roaches added to the discomfort. Late at night, a disruptive guest caused chaos, and the staff didn’t seem to care. When I needed help, I was turned away, which was frustrating. I’ve stayed here before and noticed the decline; this place really needs better upkeep. At least the staff were polite, but the overall experience left much to be desired. I don't think I’ll be back anytime soon.

The location was convenient, close to Amalie Arena and the cruise terminal. The lobby was welcoming and nicely decorated. My room was clean but lacked vibrancy. The bathroom needed attention; the shower tiles were chipped, and the toilet seat was loose. The bed creaked with every movement, and the queen bed sagged in the middle. Noise from the courtyard disturbed sleep, and the air conditioning blew directly on us. Free parking and amenities like a microwave were appreciated. the overall maintenance issues and inconsistent service detracted from the experience.

The location is super convenient, just a quick ride from the airport. Staff was friendly and helpful, which was nice. Room cleanliness wasn’t great though—shower had issues and we didn't get any housekeeping the whole time. Breakfast options were limited, so we ended up going out. Definitely felt a bit sketchy at times, too.

The staff at Ramada By Wyndham Tampa Westshore Airport South were truly outstanding. Ms. Odalis was particularly helpful, offering prompt assistance with room details and transportation. The hotel’s location was also convenient, making our trip smooth and enjoyable despite some minor cleanliness issues in the room.

Disappointing experience. Security and management were lacking. Check-in was plagued by technical glitches, leaving us without a room upon arrival at 1 AM.The subsequent room had a broken toilet, and the cleanliness was questionable. Finding blood on sheets? Inexcusable. Limited amenities, including a microwave for an entire hotel, felt inadequate. While staff attempted to be helpful, solutions were minimal. The potential was there, but the execution fell flat. Won’t be returning or recommending this hotel.

Just a balanced option for a brief weekend stay in Tampa with real value for money. Staff was nice and helpful.

During my Xmas stay just 1.6 miles from the airport, I found the location very convenient for my early flight. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my short stay pleasant. I also enjoyed having popular restaurant options like LongHorn Steakhouse and Olive Garden nearby, perfect for grabbing a bite to eat.
My room was not up to par, with dirty and musty surroundings, including stained towels and bedsheets. The lack of cleanliness in the room and bathroom was a major disappointment.

The check-in was a breeze, thanks to the amazing staff who made us feel right at home! I loved lounging by the outdoor pool, soaking up the sun on comfy sun loungers. Breakfast was a delicious treat, fueling us for our adventures ahead!
Couldn't recommend more! 😊💖

Great location near the stadium. Rooms felt dated and musty.

I was pretty disappointed with my recent stay at the Ramada. The room I booked was supposed to have a city view, but I ended up overlooking a courtyard instead. The check-in process was a bit of a mess, and it seemed like the staff didn't really care about making things right. On the upside, the bed was comfortable which helped me relax during my stay. there were quite a few issues that took away from the experience. The pool was supposed to be heated, but it wasn't. The on-site restaurant had been closed for almost a year, which was a major letdown. The heating in the room wasn't working, and it was freezing outside. Trying to get information from the staff about a refund was like pulling teeth. The location of the hotel wasn't too bad, and I was looking forward to using the airport shuttle the next day, but we ended up not staying the night. The lack of attention to details was really frustrating. The clock in the room wouldn't stop blinking, and I had to keep bugging the front desk for towels. The dryer on my floor was a disaster, leaving my clothes mildewed. And don't even get me started on the parking situation - total chaos. I had high hopes for the free airport shuttle, but it turned out to be a flop. The hotel website wasn't updated, and there was mold in the bathroom when we arrived. The lack of maintenance was obvious, with a clogged tub drain and a missing weather stripping letting critters in. the experience was subpar. The cleanliness of the rooms was questionable, with no room service in sight. The broken microwave and ice machines didn't help either. To top it off, there were noisy guests in the courtyard late at night, and there was no one to call for help. It definitely wasn't the relaxing stay I was hoping for.

the ramada was clean inside and out, and the location was great – close to olive garden and starbucks. staff was friendly. they include transportation to the cruise port - but it's $10 - so that's a bummer.
Would definitely recommend.

I took advantage of the free shuttle service to the airport, where the driver and I shared some fantastic karaoke moments. The free breakfast was an exciting culinary adventure, and I had a thrilling experience unwinding by the heated pool.

I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and attentive staff during my recent stay. The location of the hotel, close to the airport, made it convenient for my travels. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of exploring the city.
There were some issues that impacted my experience. The lack of cleanliness in the rooms, including leaking AC units, clogged sinks, and torn shower curtains, was disappointing.

The Ramada Westshore Tampa made our family trip unforgettable by being a short drive away from Raymond James Stadium and Steinbrenner Field. We easily explored Busch Gardens, Channelside, and Ybor City, enjoying every moment of our sports-filled adventures.
My wife says that more child-friendly amenities would enhance family stays.

We hit up Raymond James Stadium and Steinbrenner Field. So close to all the sports action! Perfect for us party animals.
Wish they had a vibrant nightlife scene nearby for us young party-goers! .

i had a terrible experience at Ramada. arrived to find a long line and was told to come back later for check-in. when i returned, there were around 50 people waiting. the room was not ready, and the amenities were closed without notice, leaving me unable to even get a hot drink or meal.
Nothing not to love! 😤

The bed and pillows at this hotel were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The room was clean, and the location was convenient, especially for airport access. The breakfast waitress provided excellent service, and we would recommend this hotel for its value and location. We stayed twice and found it to be a great choice.
These small updates would greatly improve the overall experience.

I chose Ramada for its proximity to Hyde Park, and the hotel pleasantly surprised me with excellent customer service, on-site restaurant Royal Orchid serving a delicious variety of dishes for everyone.
Loud construction and outdoor-themed rooms.
